Shipments and returns


We want our customers to be happy with their purchase and that's why we are giving 24 months warranty for all our products. If there is anything wrong after that period, please contact us, and we will help you.

Our 24 months warranty means that if your item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or exchange it for a new one, or refund if there isn't possible to repair or exchange.

The warranty covers all manufacturing faults and excludes any other fault or damage including due to excessive wear and tear and physical damage (whether accidental or otherwise), accidents or natural discolouration of silver (tarnishing).

If the item has been in any way tampered with or altered or re-sized by you, another jeweller or third party the warranty will not apply, and we cannot refund or exchange the item.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Dispatch and Delivery

Packages are dispatched within 2 working days* after receipt of payment and are shipped from our workshop in Poland, using postal service. The delivery time of all our products is usually 5-7 business days since dispatching but please be aware that delays might happen and orders may take up to 18 business days to arrive. It takes some time to be delivered but it is worth to wait! Promise!

*Please allow up to 7 days for our bespoke made wedding rings to be dispatched. Please note that we are going to hand make your wedding ring for you to order and will dispatch it as soon as possible.

Delivery cost

We offer free delivery to the UK. This includes packing, quality control, checking, double-checking and sending your little precious package to you.

Worldwide delivery

We deliver our products to a limited list of countries, but we are working to restore full worldwide delivery. Currently, we send our products to all of North America, Australia and New Zeland. We are sorry we cannot deliver to the most of Europe at the moment.

We offer you a free delivery to North America (USA and Canada), Australia and New Zealand for orders of £50.00 or more. For orders below £50 we charge a flat fee of £3 (£6 to Canada).

All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis, so please be aware that recipients outside the EU may have to pay import duty or other taxes or additional fees for processing import duties. We will not in any way refund or reimburse those charges.

It takes about 30 working days to deliver a package to Australia and New Zealand. Some packages will be delivered faster, but that cannot be guaranteed by any means.

Coronavirus update:

Thank you for your support in these challenging times! Please note that there may be postal delays within the UK and overseas due to ongoing restrictions and extra border screening. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

In response to the global Coronavirus crisis, we've also had to make some changes to shipping to the UK from our Polish workshop in Poland. All orders are first being shipped by a courier to the UK, and then we are sending all individual orders by Royal Mail First Class mail. Unfortunately Royal Mail are not processing mail as often as usual and deliveries might be delayed.


We will exchange the ring to any size you want for free. No questions asked!

Please email us information with the new size you require and send the old ring back to us by First Class Signed For letter using the address below. Please attach the original invoice that came with your order or your order number as it will let us process it quicker.

Returns and Refunds

Shopping with us is safe. We will issue a refund for your order for 30 days if you wish so, providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition. No questions asked!

Please contact us using contact form or send us an email to [email protected] Then send the products back to our address (below) by Royal Mail First Class Signed For mail, and we will refund full price of your products and original delivery cost you paid.

Returns/Exchanges shipping charges

We won't refund the delivery cost of returning the item unless your item arrived damaged or defective or because the wrong item was shipped. In that case please send your item(s) back by Royal Mail First Class Signed For mail. Please note we will refund for First Class Signed For Large Letter, and we won't pay the difference when you choose a different delivery method like Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Can I return/exchange the engraved item?

We are not able to accept any engraved pieces for refund or exchange, unless the product is faulty.

Please ensure that you've chosen the correct ring size. If you are not sure what size you need, please contact us, and we will send you a free ring sizer. Please also make sure that the message that you type during the checkout process is correct and does not have any errors.

Why Poczta Polska?

Our packages are usually dispatched using Poczta Polska - national postal operator in Poland, where our family is designing, crafting and dispatching our products directly to you.
