    The order you are asking me to review never arrived how do you expect me to give a positive review. The post office says they did deliver I say they didn't. I am £80 pound out of pocket! Any help from Harry Fay, NO. I have been a good customer and I feel very let down.

    The ring I bought was nothing like the picture and it looks and feel extremely cheap and was not even a round shape it was a oval shape. Not happy at all.

    Your rings are shit that makes your fingers go green within days of wearing it!

    Harry Fay: Hi. We are sorry you had problems with tarnishing. We have sent you an email, please have a look on it.
    As a general rule - in some circumstances the sterling silver can tarnish. The best way to avoid this is by cleaning the ring regularly. It will also make the ring shine more.

    The size guide was useless. Both of us measured our fingers according to your chart and they are several sizes too big. My was meant for my ring finger but is almost too big for my thumb, and my partner's is big enough to fit over two of my fingers. Absolutely useless and a waste of money.

    Still waiting for the ring I ordered on the 20 May.It was lost in the post and you dont seem to want to replace it.

    Harry Fay's Answer: the package was sent using signed for service and the post office says the package was delivered. We have filed a claim on your behalf, so they can investigate who signed for your package. We will help you find your package, but it just takes time.

    Still haven't received my order its been 22 days since i ordered it. It was last located by yourself at heathrow on the 18th of march. The reason why im concerned is because heathrow is approximately 5 hours away from my location.
