    Still waiting for the ring I ordered on the 20 May.It was lost in the post and you dont seem to want to replace it.

    Harry Fay's Answer: the package was sent using signed for service and the post office says the package was delivered. We have filed a claim on your behalf, so they can investigate who signed for your package. We will help you find your package, but it just takes time.

    Because after a couple of hours my ring made my finger green
    Harry Fay's reply: we are sorry the ring is marking your finger. The best way to avoid this is by cleaning the ring. This can be done with our polishing cloth:
