    My 18 year old daughter has never been able to wear rings as all standard jewellery sizes are too big for her very slender fingers. Your smallest size fits and she was so excited to receive such a beautiful ring. Your customer service was excellent, I will definitely be shopping with you again. Thank you

    I don't usually leave reviews but I just had to write this one as the whole experience has been a pleasure. I would highly recommend Harry Fay to anyone. Excellent customer service. I purchased 3 rings in one order unfortunately I ordered the wrong size but true to their word Harry Fay exchanged them to the correct size. They sent a ring gauge for me to make sure I could order the correct size. Brilliant communication throughout. Efficient service and delivery. Beautiful rings excellent quality. I will definitely order again. Many thanks to Ewelina and the team.

    The order you are asking me to review never arrived how do you expect me to give a positive review. The post office says they did deliver I say they didn't. I am £80 pound out of pocket! Any help from Harry Fay, NO. I have been a good customer and I feel very let down.
